A Will is the legal means by which you can determine how your assets will be dealt with upon your death unless it has been revoked or unless you have made a new Will during your lifetime. You should make a Will as part of the proper ordering of your affairs.

A power of attorney gives someone the authority to do things on your behalf — "You stand in their shoes." A document that is just as important as a Will.
